1. NO REFUNDS ON ENTRIES
All competition entries are final and non-refundable once submitted.
This applies to:
Paid entries
Free postal entries
Incorrect answers
Failure to participate after entry

2. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

3. COMPETITION CANCELLATION
If a competition is cancelled or cannot be completed:
DeadlyComps may offer:
A refund of paid entries, or
Entry into an alternative competition, or
A cash alternative at our discretion

4. PAYMENT ERRORS
If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact us within 14 days at:
support@deadlycomps.co.uk
Each case will be reviewed individually.

5. CHARGEBACKS
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension
Disqualification from competitions
